浅论医院档案管理的几点思考

摘　　要：随着经济社会快速发展,档案管理已成为医院管理的重要组成要素,具有重要的现实意义。本文结合工作实际,总结了当前医院档案管理工作中普遍存在的问题,并就实际工作体会,提出建设性的解决方案和对策,有助于提升医院档案管理质量。Along with the rapid development of economic society, archives management has become an important element of hospital management, has great significance. Based on the working practice, the author analyzes the problems existing in the archives management work, and gives the constructive solutions and according the actual work experience, which helps to improve the quality of archives management.
