摘　　要：目的探讨囊腔内注射平阳霉素治疗鼻前庭囊肿的临床疗效。方法对13例鼻前庭囊肿患者以平阳霉素注射入鼻前庭囊肿囊腔内治疗鼻前庭囊肿,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗后随访6个月～1年,囊肿消失,无复发及其他不良反应。结论平阳霉素囊腔内注射治疗鼻前庭囊肿是安全、有效、方便的治疗方法。Objective To discuss the methods and effects of Sac injection of Pingyangmycin to cure Nasal vestibular cyst.Methods Sac injection of Pingyangmycin to cure Nasal vestibular cyst.Results Aftre 6 month-1 year,all the casea have no recurrence and other adverse reaction.Conclusion Sac injection of Pingyangmycin to cure Nasal vestibular cyst is a safe,effective and convenient methord.
