摘　　要：动态能力作为战略管理领域的核心概念得到了学术界的普遍关注。但迄今为止,对于其本质及其与竞争优势的关系等基本问题依旧没有得到学术界的普遍认同,极大地制约了动态能力的理论发展及其实践应用。文章围绕动态能力到底是什么,以及它与企业竞争优势间是否存在必然联系这两个核心问题,对现有研究进行了梳理并提出了未来研究的展望。As a key concept in strategic management,dynamic capability receives much more attention in the academic field.But until now,there is still no general agreement about the nature of dynamic capability and its effect on competitive advantage,which highly restricts the theoretical development and practical application.This paper focuses on the key questions about what is the dynamic capability and whether it has a positive connection with competitive advantage and reviews current studies,followed by the outlook for the future research.
