摘　　要：经济评价包括国民经济评价与财务评价,是大中型建设项目在可行性研究决策阶段的重要工作。通过对几个财务评价指标的分析与论证,证实了项目财务评价几个经济指标并非独立,而是互相关联,具有同一性。这一规律大大减少了各经济指标的计算工作量,同时可供建设部门测算财务评价指标行业基准值时参考。本实证研究也适用于国民经济评价。Economic evaluation includes national economic evaluation and fiscal evaluation,is the important work in various large medium sized project feasibility investigation and decision phase.By analyzing several economic evaluation indexes,demonstrates the indexes have relation each other and non-independent,they have identity.This law greatly reduces the computing workload,and the government and building industry department can use this law to calculate fiscal evaluation indexes industry benchmark value as the references.This empirical study is also fit for national economic evaluation.
