摘　　要：目的　研究胃动力障碍患者胃电活动 .方法　记录、分析 1 2例具有胃动力障碍患者在禁餐 8h后的胃电数据 .结果　 4例出现胃动过缓 (胃电频率 <0 .0 4Hz) ;2例餐后胃电幅度明显降低 ,1例餐后呕吐 ,其胃电波形变为一条线 ;2例出现短时间胃动过速 (胃电频率 >0 .0 7Hz) ,1例长时间出现胃动过速 .AIM To study the EGG data of patients with gastric motor disorders. METHODS EGG data of twelve patients with gastric motor disorders were recorded before and after meal. Each patient had fasted for eight hours before recording the EGG. RESULTS Four patients had bradygastria before and after meal. Tachygastria was observed in three patients after the meal. The EGG's amplitude of two patients decreased after the meal. One patient's EGG waveform became a line after the meal (the patient vomited after the meal). CONCLUSION Gastric electrical activity is highly correlated with gastric motility.
