高校中年教师体育健身意识现状研究——以大连市高校为例

摘　　要：从高校中年教师体育健身的行为意识入手,结合大连市高校中年教师健身意识的实际状况,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、理论分析法、数理统计等,对其参与体育锻炼的行为意识进行深入研究。研究发现:1)高校教师步入中年后,对自身保健意识淡薄,进而导致大多数中年教师的身体机能状况下降;2)中年教师由于角色转换,导致余暇时间缩短;3)对抗性强和运动量大的体育项目不再受到青睐,相反户外及小球运动的开展相对较好;4)高校教师对于体育锻炼的资金投入不足,并且对于体育消费的看法呈消极态度;5)高校体育健身设施存在着数量少、质量差、结构不合理、配套设施简陋、只能基本维持教学的普遍现象,从而限制高校教师参与体育锻炼的积极性。Starting with investigating the behavior consciousness of the middle-aged college teachers on Physical exercises,this research makes a deep study of the behavior consciousness of the middle-aged college teachers on having their physical exercises.The research objects are the middle-aged teachers from the colleges and universities in Dalian.Basing on the practical situation of the fitness consciousness of the middle-aged teachers from the colleges and universities in Dalian,this research adopts the researching methods of document-data,questionnaire survey,expert interview,theoretical analysis,and mathematical statistics,etc.After the concrete analysis,the conclusion is discovered.1） The majority of the middle-aged college teachers are experiencing a decline of physical agents,the reason of which is the poor awareness on their health care after they step into their middle-ages.2） Because of the changing of their social roles,their spare time is getting shorter.3） They do not prefer the sports which have intense rivalry and large amount of exercise.Instead,outdoor sports and small ball sports develop better relatively.4） The college teachers do not invest enough money in physical exercise,and hold a negative attitude towards the view of sports consumption.5） In colleges,the body-building equipments,which can only support the basic day-to-day teaching,are small in quantity,bad in quality,unreasonable in structure,simple in supporting facilities.They restrict the college teachers＇ enthusiasm of taking part in the physical exercise.
