摘 要:目的比较冷光美白技术与渗透树脂疗法漂白中重度氟斑牙的效果。方法 40例中重度氟斑牙患者被分为冷光美白组(20例192颗牙)和渗透树脂组(20例182颗牙)。2组分别给予冷光美白技术和渗透树脂技术进行治疗。用VITA比色板作脱色前后对比,比较脱色效果。结果冷光美白组中度患者有效率为100%,重度患者有效率为88.9%;渗透树脂组中度患者有效率为87.9%,重度患者有效率为24.0%。冷光美白组中度患者治疗有效率高于渗透树脂组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度患者治疗有效率也高于渗透树脂组(P<0.01)。结论冷光美白技术脱色效果优于渗透树脂技术。Objective To compare the effect of Beyond cold light bleaching and infiltrating technology in treating moderate and severe dental fluorosis(DF). Methods Forty patients with moderate and severe DF were divided into two groups.Twenty patients with 192 DF were treated with Beyond cold light bleaching and the other twenty patients with 182 DF were treated with infiltrating technology.VITA shade guide was used for decolorization contrast. Results The effective rate of moderate DF patients in Beyond cold light bleaching group(100%) was significantly higher than that in infiltrating technology group(87.9%)(P0.05).The effective rate of severe DF patients in Beyond cold light bleaching group(88.9%) was significantly higher than that in infiltrating technology group(24.0%)(P0.01). Conclusion The whitening result of Beyond cold light bleaching is superior to the infiltration technology.
