HPLC法测定保健食品葛枳胶囊中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立葛枳胶囊中葛根素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6mm×200 mm),流动相为甲醇-36%乙酸-水=25∶3∶72,流速为0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为250nm。结果:葛根素在0.063 68～0.700 5μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为103.39%,RSD为2.49%。结论:该方法专属性强,准确可靠,重复性好,可用于葛枳胶囊中葛根素的质量控制与分析。Objective： To establish the determination method of puerarin in Gezhi capsules. Methods： HPLC method was used. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 （5 um, 4. 6mm × 200 mm）. The mobile phase was methanolo36% acetic acid-water （25： 3： 72）. The flow rate was 0. 8mL . min-1 and the detection wavelength was at 250nm. Results： The linear of puerarin was in the range of 0. 063 68 - 0. 700 5ug （ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 103.39% and RSD was 2. 49%. Conclusion： The method has a good specificity, and it is accurate, reliable and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of puerarin in Gezhi capsules.
