气质联用对贵州省几种中成药物中的OCPs代谢产物残留的分析

摘  要:实验利用气相色谱—质谱联用仪器,分别对贵阳市出产的银翘散等12种中成药物中的8种OCPs(organo-chlorine pesticides)(包括:α-HCH、β-HCH、γ-HCH、δ-HCH、p,p’-DDE、o,p’-DDT、p,p’-DDD、p,p’-DDT)进行了定量检测。实验结果:样品总体上受有机氯农药污染的水平较低,但部分样品中OCPs的浓度较高,需引起注意。This research examined the contamination levels of eight OCPs (organochlorine pesticides) and metabolites ( a-HCH, β-HCH, γ-HCH, δ-HCH, p ,p'-DDE, o ,p '-DDT, p ,p'-DDD, p ,p-'DDT) in 12 traditional Chinese herbal medicines produced in Guiyang City, China, by using a GC-MS analysis. The results show that the levels of OCPs and their metabolites in the majority of these Chinese traditional medicines were nondetectable or relatively low, however a relatively high levels of these compounds were found in a small number of the medicines, therefore a close attention should be given to this.
