摘　　要：为适应生物技术产业对人才的需求,结合黑龙江八一农垦大学的实际,对生物技术专业落地人才培养模式进行探索和实践,以期提高教学质量和学生的综合素质,构建以实践能力培养为核心、有利于学生就业为导向的生物技术人才培养模式。Based on practical situation of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University,the applied talents training mode of biotechnology specialty was practiced and explored for meeting the requirement variety of the biotechnology industry.The talents training mode of biotechnology specialty,which the key was the cultivation of practice ability and the purpose was favorable to the employment of the students,was constructed in order to improve teaching quality and students' comprehensive quality.
