摘  要:目的 探讨64 排螺旋CT仿真内窥镜(CTVE)在脑血管病中的诊断价值.方法 44 例脑血管病行64 排螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)扫描后,应用CTVE进行血管腔内、外重建,并与容积再现(VR)比较.结果 44 例脑血管病中,11例12 枚动脉瘤、3 例动静脉畸形、30 例动脉狭窄或闭塞(烟雾病6 例,动脉硬化24 例),血管内CTVE均显示病变血管腔大小、形态及内壁变化.44例血管外CTVE与VR诊断结果一致.结论 64 排螺旋CT仿真内窥镜可直观地显示脑血管病变的腔内、外情况,是脑CTA其他三维重建技术的补充.Objective To investigate the clinical applied value of 64 slice spiraCT virtualendoscopy(CTVE) in diagnosis of cerebrovaseular disease. Methods A total of 44 patients with eerebrovaseular diseases were scanned by 64 slice spiral CT angiography. Endovascular and extravascular reconstruction were performed by CTVE versus volunm rendering(VR). Results ,14 patients with cerebrovascular disease included 12 aneurysms in 11 cases,arteriovenous malformation in 3 cases and artery sienosis or arlery occlu sion in 30 eases (Moyamoya disease in 6 patients and arteriosclerosis in 2.1 patients) ,the changes in size,morphology and inner wail of diseased cerebrovascular lumens were all showed by endovascular CTVE. The diagnostic results were the same as extravascular CTVE and VR in all ,14 patients. Conclusion 6d-slice CTVE can intuitively displays endovascular and extrawtscular changes of cerebrovaseular diseases and thereby provides supplementary information for other three dimensional reconstruction techniques of brain CT angiography.
