摘　　要：通过对目前国内医学科技查新检索范围的分析,指出了仅检索国内数据库存在缺陷,提出了国内医学科技查新的检索范围应包括国外数据库,把国内作者发表的国际论文纳入国内查新范围。Pointed out in this paper is the insufficiency to simply search domestic databases in novelty assessment of medical literature based on an analysis of the databases searched in domestic novelty assessment of medical literature at present, and the necessity to search foreign databases so that the novelty of papers published by domestic authors in foreign journals can be assessed.
