组胺H4受体在肺癌中减弱表达研究

摘　　要：目的研究肺癌组织中组胺H4受体(HH4R)的mRNA表达。方法应用RT-PCR方法,测定人类36例肺正常组织、51例肺癌患者癌旁组织、51例肺癌组织的组胺H4受体基因mRNA的表达情况。结果人类肺组织富含组胺H4受体表达,HH4R表达为肺癌组织<癌旁组织<正常组织。结论在肺癌发展过程中,人类肺组织中组胺H4受体mRNA表达明显减弱。Objective To explored the mRNA expression of the histamine H4 receptor （HH4R） in lung cancer tissue. Methods The applied method of reverse transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction （RT-PCR） was used to investigate the mRNA expression of the HH4R in 36 the normal lung organization of man kind and 51 the side organization of lung cancer tissue and 51 lung cancer tissue organization. Results There was a great deal of HH4R in the lung cancer tissue, and the expression of HH4R in lung cancer tissue 〈 lung cancer side tissue 〈 normal lung tissue. Conclusion The HH4R expression of mRNA in the lung will decrease in the processes of tumor development.
