摘 要:SPARC(secreted protein,acidic and rich in cysteine)是一种具有多样细胞生物学功能、分布广泛的分泌性基质蛋白。具有3个独立模块结构,不同肽段所行使生物学功能不尽相同。除破坏细胞粘附和抑制细胞周期进程外,SPARC还具有调节细胞分化、参与细胞对某些生长因子反应等生理功能。SPARC参与PI3K/AKT、MAPK、Wnt通路的调控,并对β-FGF、VEGF、PDGF、TGFβ等生长因子以及基质蛋白酶具有调节作用。对SPARC功能多样性的深入研究,有助于阐明SPARC组织特异性的作用机制。SPARC(secreted protein,acidic and rich in cysteine),a well-known secreted extracellular matrix-associated glycoprotein is known to be involved in multiple biological function.SPARC is widely distributed,consisted of three peptides with multi-function.Besides the roles in adhesion and cell cycle,SPARC also plays a role in cell differentiation and interacts with some growth factors.SPARC is involed in several signal pathways,such as PI3K/AKT,MAPK,Wnt.SPARC also can modulate several growth factors,such as β-FGF,VEGF,PDGF,TGFβ and MMPs.It can fully understand the specific mechanisms in different tissues through deepgoing studies of the functions of SPARC.
