摘　　要：介绍临床信息学的定义及研究重点,阐明临床信息学从数据管理到循证医学支持的研究转变。指出临床信息化建设的技术策略包括临床数据信息规范化表达、临床数据挖掘、临床统计分析及应用、计算机信息系统接口模拟、信息技术转化研究。临床信息学研究对循证医疗管理应用有直接帮助作用。The paper introduces the concept and research hotspots of clinical informatics, depicts its transformation from data management to evidence -based medicine support, points out that the technology strategy of clinical informatics construction should include standardized explanation of clinical data information, clinical data mining, clinical statistical analysis and application, computer information system interface simulation, information technology- translational research. Clinical informatics research would help evidence -based medical management and application directly.
