摘 要:结合上海市轨道交通16号线工程8标段工程实践,介绍了一种适用于在大跨度轻型薄壁U形梁上进行"梁上运梁、梁上架梁"的一体化施工技术,即采用现场浇筑桥梁下部结构,工厂预制上部结构(预应力U形梁),大型运梁车运输至架梁基地,龙门起重机集中上梁,梁上运梁台车运梁,架桥机架设,运架一体的架梁施工技术。该技术具有对施工周边环境干扰小、适应性强、施工效率高等优点,可很好地解决在水网密集地区、地面道路等级低下的地区运梁和架梁的难题。Combined with the practice of No.8 bid section of Shanghai Rail Traffic Line 16,the author introduces the new integrated construction technology of beam conveyance on beam,beam erection on beam for the large-span thin-wall U-shaped beam.The cast-in-place lower structure of bridge and the prefabricated upper structure(prestressed U-shaped beam) is adopted,large beam carrier to transport beam to the construction site is used,gantry crane for the centralized hoisting is used,beam transporting vehicle to transport beam to the bridge-erecting machine is used,and bridge-erecting machine for accurate erection is used.The technology features largely lie in the minor negative influence on surrounding environment and strong adaptability and high construction efficiency.It is a good solution for the difficulty of the conveyance and erection of beams at the place with dense water network and low grade road.
