摘　　要：依据未来信息化战争对指挥控制系统效能的要求,对综合效能评估系统的功能进行了分析,并完成了对评估系统的评估流程、功能模块、结构和数据库的设计。Based on the requirements of the command and control system effectiveness in the future information warfare,this analysis of the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation system function,and complete the design of the assess system in the evaluation process,function modules,structures,and database.
