He-Ne激光照射小鼠下腹部对睾丸影响的组织学观察及定量研究

摘　　要：一、引言 本实验以临床常用的三种剂量He-Ne激光照射雄性小鼠下腹部,探讨对生精上皮及间质组织的影响。实验中,除对生精上皮进行组织学观察外,尚采用Chowdhury及张汇泉等所用生精上皮周期理论对受热后大白鼠睾丸的生精细胞的定量研究方法,对实验小鼠睾丸生精上皮的组织学改变作了定量研究,以探讨He-Ne激光照射后各类精细胞的损伤情况。同时,还观察了间质细胞的形态、大小和数量,以探讨He-Ne激光对睾丸内分泌功能的影响。To explore the influence of He-Ne laser irradiation on spermatogenesis of mice, the centre of hypogastrium above penis was irradiated by He-Ne laser at three different power levels in clinical treatment. Histological observation and quantitative study indicates that no obvious morphological and quantitative changes of each kind of spermatoblast, Sertoli colls and Leyding cells were found in the experimental groups.
