摘　　要：说理开导法源于《灵枢·师传》,指正确地运用语言,对患者采取启发诱导,宣传疾病的知识,分析疾病的原因与机制,解除患者的思想顾虑,提高其战胜疾病的信心,使之主动地配合治疗,从而促进健康恢复的心理治疗方法。临床上对于内伤杂病,除辨证治疗外,配合应用说理开导法,病人反映良好,病患消除迅速。Language enlightened method originated in Lingshu,Shi Zhuan.It refers to a psychological method to give abundant explanation to the patient,analyze the causes and mechanism of diseases in order to remove fear and anxiety and obtain cooperation from the patien.In clinical practice,there are better effects that treating many diseases with combined application of syndrome differentiation with language enlightened method.
