新型无机铝离子/蒙脱石复合材料催化合成DOP的研究

摘　　要：研究了新型无机铝离子 /蒙脱石复合材料催化剂的制备方法 ,最佳合成条件为 0 2mol/L三氯化铝水溶液与 0 1mol/L氢氧化钠水溶液的体积比为 1∶5 ;保温时间 48h ;保温温度 95℃ ;搅拌时间为 4d ,在此最佳合成条件下制得的催化剂用于合成DOP的酯化率可达 92 %。并对催化剂进行了X射线能谱表征。A new type inorganic Al/montmorillonite composite material catalyst was investigated.The optimum preparation conditions of the complex catalysts were:volume rate of AlCl\-3 and NaOH solution 1∶5;themal insulation time 48 h,themal insulation temperature 95 ℃,and agitating time 4 days.With this catalyst DOP was synthesized by esterfication in 92% yield.X ray method was used for the characterization of the inorganic Al/montmorillonite composite material catalyst.
