摘　　要：肿瘤是机体在多种致瘤因素作用下,局部的某些细胞在基因水平上失去了其对生长的正常调控,导致异常增生而形成的新产物。炎症与肿瘤的关系密切,炎症在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中的作用机制及由此而衍生的新的肿瘤防治策略应引起研究者的关注。Cancer can be caused by a variety of tumorigenic factors, which give rise to some cells losing its normal regulation of growth on gene level, leading to abnormal proliferation and the formation of a new product. Inflammation is strongly associated with cancers. This paper reviews the mechanisms of inflammation in the process of tumor occurrence and development and the resulting derivative new cancer prevention strategy.
