CHOP在鼻咽癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨CHOP在鼻咽癌组织与鼻咽炎组织中的表达差异及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测48例鼻咽癌组织和35例鼻咽炎组织中CHOP的表达,SPSS软件统计分析鼻咽癌组织中CHOP的表达与临床病理因素及预后的关系。结果鼻咽癌组织中CHOP高表达于胞浆(96%)及细胞核(52%),鼻咽炎组织中CHOP仅弱阳性低表达于胞浆(49%)(P<0.001);鼻咽癌组织CHOP的浆表达与患者肿瘤T分期及年龄正相关(P<0.05),而鼻咽癌组织CHOP的核表达与鼻咽癌细胞分化负相关(P<0.05);单因素生存分析显示,鼻咽癌组织胞浆和细胞核CHOP的过表达均与病人生存率呈负相关趋势。结论 CHOP可能通过抑制鼻咽癌细胞分化而促进鼻咽癌的发生发展及影响其预后,其可作为判断鼻咽癌分期、细胞分化的分子标志物和分子治疗的靶点。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CHOP in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） tissues and nasopharyngitis tissues. Methods The expression of CHOP in 48 NPC tissues and 35 nasopharyngitis tissues was tested. Its relation with clinical pathological factors and prognosis was analyzed by using SPSS software. Results CHOP over expressed in both cytoplasm（96%） and nucleus（52%） in NPC tissues, while in nasopharyngitis tissues only over expressed in cytoplasm（49%）（P〈0.001）. In NPC tissues, the expression of CHOP in cytoplasm was positively related to the T stage of NPC（P〈0.05） and the age of patients（P〈0.05） but the expression of CHOP in nucleus was negatively related to cell differentiation（P〈0.05）. Single factor survival analysis showed that survival rate of patients was negatively related to the expression of CHOP both in nucleus and in cytoplasm at some extent. Conclusion CHOP may prompt the occurrence and development of NPC and influence its prognosis by inhibiting cell differentiation. CHOP can be as a molecular sign of judging the stage and cell differentiation of NPC, and also as a molecular treatment target.
