摘　　要：目的:检测CD133蛋白在胆囊癌细胞株GBC及胆囊癌组织中的表达。方法:用Hoechst染色检测CD133蛋白在胆囊癌细胞株GBC中的表达及分布;用免疫组织化学法和蛋白免疫印迹法检测CD133蛋白在20例胆囊癌组织和20例正常胆囊组织中的表达。结果:Hoechst染色检测结果显示,CD133主要表达于GBC细胞株的细胞膜和细胞浆中;免疫组织化学检测结果显示,CD133蛋白在胆囊癌组织中高表达,在正常胆囊组织无表达。结论:胆囊癌细胞株及胆囊癌组织中均存在CD133蛋白的表达。To investigate the expression of CD133 protein in gallbladder carcinoma cell line （GBC） and in the tis sues of gallbladder carcinoma. Methods： Hoechst staining was performed to figure out the location of CD133 in GBC. Immuno histochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CD133 protein in the tissue samples of twenty patients with gallhlad- der carcinoma and twenty people with normal Gallbladders. Results： The results of Hoeehst staining delineated that CD133 lo cated in the cytoplasm and membrane of GBC. The expression of CD133 protein was detected in the tissues of gallbladder carci- noma by immunohistochemical staining and Western blotting, but not in the normal gallbladder tissues. Conclusions： CD133 protein is highly expressed in both the cell line and the tissues of gallbladder carcinoma.
