摘  要:目的:分析8种人肝癌干细胞标志物在化学药物诱导的大鼠原发性肝癌中的表达情况。方法:应用二乙基亚硝胺及N-亚硝基吗啉建立化学药物诱导的大鼠原发性肝癌模型。用免疫组织化学方法检测8种人肝癌干细胞标志物CD133、CD90、CD44、腺苷三磷酸结合盒转运体G2(ABCG2)、上皮细胞黏附分子(EpCAM)、甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)、OV6和乙醛脱氢酶(aldehyde dehydrogenases,ALDH)在大鼠肝癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达,并通过13点评分法及Image-Pro Plus 6.0软件对图像进行半定量分析。结果:ABCG2、CD133、CD44和AFP在肿瘤组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织,其余4个标志物无显著差异。结论:化学药物诱导的大鼠肝癌细胞中含有肿瘤干细胞标志物阳性细胞。To study the expression of 8 human liver cancer stem cell markers in diethylnitrosamine and N-nitroso morpholine-induced carcinomas in rat liver. Methods: Primary liver carcinomas in rat were induced by diethylnitrosamine and N- nitrosomorpholine. The expression of 8 cell markers (CD133, CD90, CD44, ABCG2, EpCAM, AFP, OV6 and ALDH) were detected in rat liver cancer tissues and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemistry, using the thirteen points method and hnage- Pro Plus 6.0 software for semi-quantitative image analysis. Results: The expression of ABCG2, CD133, CD44 and AFP was significantly higher in rat tumor tissues than in adjacent tissues. The expression of CD90, EpCAM, OV6 and ALI)H hawe no significant difference between tumor tissues and adjacent tissues. Conclusions: Chemotherapy-induced rat hepatoma cells contain cancer stem cell marker-positive cells.
