摘　　要：休闲是人类的一种审美化生存状态。其表现在:自然生命的律动:恣情舒展,悠然闲适;自然生命的本真:随顺自然,适性随缘;自由生命的徜徉:任情任性,随意随心;和谐生命的濡养:协调平衡,优化共生。Leisure is an aestheticization living state of mankind, which shows in the rhythm of natural life, indulged and free, leisurely and comfortable ; in the essence of natural life, following nature and fortune ; in the moving of natural life, impulsive and random, as one wishes and pleases; in the nourishing of harmonious life, coordinating balance and optimizing symbiosis.
