摘 要:目的:初步研究氩绿激光对兔眼视网膜损伤及修复的形态学效应。方法:8只有色兔(16眼)中每只眼的上、下方视网膜随机分配为激光光凝区及空白对照区,于光凝后24h和4w在光镜和电镜下观察其对视网膜和脉络膜造成的形态学改变。结果:激光后24h视网膜感光细胞损伤不明显但脉络膜毛细血管、小静脉轻度充血;光凝后4周视网膜色素上皮细胞和胶原增生,Bruch’s膜完整无损。结论:轻度氩绿激光光凝视网膜不会损伤视网膜。Objective: To study the morphology effect of argon green laser on retinal lesions and restora- tion of rabbit eyes. Methods : Argon green laser was used to produce retinal lesions in inferior retinal or upper retinal at random of every eye in eight pigmented rabbit S ( 16 eyes). The morphology alterations of retinal and choroid were observed with light microscope and transmission electron microscope at shortly and 4 weeks. Re' suits: the retinal photoreceptor cell lesions does not change much but there was vascular engorgement in the choroidg circulation at photocoagulation shortly. The hyperplasia of retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) and colla- gen were seen and no change was seen at Bruch membrane. Conclusion: The argon green laser technique did not destroy the retinal structure of the rabbits.
