γ-synuclein在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与预后的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中γ-synuclein表达与子宫内膜癌预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测63例子宫内膜癌组织及12例正常子宫内膜组织中γ-synuclein的表达。结果子宫内膜癌组织中γ-synuclein阳性表达率为44.4%(28/63),正常子宫内膜组织无表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。γ-synuclein阳性表达组总体生存率为97.1%,高于阴性表达组的35.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Cox多因素分析显示γ-synuclein、浸润深度与子宫内膜癌预后有关(P<0.05)。结论γ-synuclein表达与子宫内膜癌发生发展及侵袭转移有关,可能对患者预后有提示作用。To investigate the expression of γ-synuclein in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship with the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Iinmunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of γ-synuclein in 63 samples of endometrial carcinoma and 12 cases of normal endometrium tissues. Results Thepositive rate of γ-synuclein expression in endometrial carcinoma was 44.4% （28/63） while no expression of γ-synuclein in normal endometrium tissues, which showed significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total survival of the group of positive expression of γ-synuclein was signiticandy higher than that of the group of negative expression of γ-synuelein（97.1% vs 35.7% ,P 〈0. 05）. The Cox mttltivariate analysis showed that γ-synuclein,the depth of myometrial invasion was associated with the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The expression of γ-synuelein is related with the progression,invasion and metastasis of malignant endometrial carcinoma,and it may suggest poor prognosis.
