摘　　要：本文从人力资源的开发、人力资源的配置、绩效评价体系、项目经理、人力资源管理体制等多个方面对建筑企业人力资源管理的现状进行了较为深入的分析,提出了合理化建议。In this paper,human resource development,human resource allocation,performance evaluation system,project managers,human resource management system and other aspects of the construction status of Human Resource Management conducted a more in-depth analysis,put forward reasonable suggestions.
