摘　　要：承钢150 t转炉半钢冶炼采用留渣操作,通过终点成分分析和开吹前炉底铺加石灰、白云石等措施,取得了良好的脱硫脱磷效果,同时保护了炉衬、节约了原辅料、降低了生产成本,转炉炉龄提高到7 000炉,没有发生喷溅等安全事故。Keep slag operation is adopted in semisteel making with 150 t converter in Cheng Steel.It makes a good result of desulfurization and dephosphorization by means of end cost analysis and spreading lime and dolomite on bottom before blowing on,and at the same time the lining got protected,raw and auxiliary materials saved,production cost reduced,converter life increased to 7 000 heats,no spitting occurred.
