摘  要:背景光噪声和探测器暗噪声是影响激光测距系统探测灵敏度的重要因素,根据所选探测器的特性,仿真分析了温度对探测器暗噪声的影响,当温度由60℃降低到-40℃时,探测器噪声等效功率减小1个数量级;同时采用光谱滤波和空间滤波法抑制背景光噪声,从而提高激光测距系统探测灵敏度。仿真计算结果表明,当同时采用降温、光谱滤波和空间滤波方法抑制噪声时,探测灵敏度可提高7.7倍。The detecting sensitivity of the laser ranging system is deeply affected by the background noise and the dark noise of Avalanche Photodiode (APD). Simulation was made to analyze the influence of temperature on the dark noise on the basis of the characteristics of the selected detector. The Noise Equivalent Power(NEP) could be decreased by one order of magnitude when the temperature dropped to -40 ~C from 60 ~C. Meanwhile, spectral filtering and spatial filtering method were employed to suppress the background noise. Thus the detection sensitivity of the laser ranging system could be improved. The simulation results show that, the detecting sensitivity can be increased by 7.7 times when the methods of cooling, spectral filtering and spatial filtering are all employed.
