摘　　要：目的:探讨新型标志物HAb18G/CD147在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理学的关系。方法:收集手术切除的胃癌样本552例,构建组织芯片,并以100例癌旁正常胃黏膜组织作为对照。利用免疫组化方法检测2组HAb18G/CD147的抗原表达和定位,并追踪随访胃癌组患者12～72个月。结果:HAb18G/CD147抗原定位于细胞膜,在胃癌组织中表达阳性率高于癌旁正常胃黏膜组织(63%比55%)。肿瘤组织中HAb18G/CD147的高表达与肿瘤大小、Borrmann分型、Lauren组织学分型、肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),但与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤生长部位、肿瘤分化程度、有无脉管浸润及远处转移间无相关性(P>0.05)。HAb18G/CD147阳性表达与患者术后近期生存率显著相关(P=0.023)。结论:HAb18G/CD147在胃癌中的表达与胃癌的发展、侵袭性行为及预后均相关,可作为临床评估胃癌生物学行为不良的一项分子标志。Objective To study the expression of HAb18G/CD147 in gastric carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods A tissue microarray was constructed with 552 specimens of gastric carcinoma and 100 paracancerous normal mucosal tissue specimens were served as control.The expression and localization of HAb18G/CD147 was examined by immunohistochemistry.Patients were followed for 12-72 months.Results HAb18G/CD147 were located on cell membrane.The expression rate of HAb18G/CD147 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the paracancerous normal mucosal tissue（63% vs 55%）.The high expression of HAb18G/CD147 in gastric carcinoma was closely related with tumor size,Borrmann type,Lauren classification,depth of invasion,lymph lode metastasis and TNM stage（P〈0.05）,but was not correlated with age,gender,location of tumor,degree of differentiation,vessel invasion and distant metastasis（P〉0.05）.Short-term survival after operation was correlated significantly with expression of HAb18G/CD147（P=0.023）.Conclusions Expression of HAb18G/CD147 is closely correlated with the aggressive behavior and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.It might be used as a biomarker for predicting clinically the poor biological behavior of gastric carcinoma.
