浅谈中医妇科临床研究生的培养

摘　　要：医务工作者,不但要具有高超的医疗技术即"仁术",更要具有高尚的医德即"仁心"。对于中医妇科临床研究生的培养,应结合妇科的特点,将医德教育融于妇科医疗实践中。作为一名研究生导师,要深入分析学生的思想实际,督促其树立良好的医德观念,树立以"人"而不是以"病"为中心的思想。Medical workers not only should have excellent medical technology, but also should have noble medical ethics .That means ＂benevolent heart＂ and ＂benevolent skill＂. For the training of TCM gynecological clinical postgraduates, it should combine the characteristics of gynecology, make medical ethics teaching integrate into medical practice. As a graduate teacher , we must deeply analyse the realistic students＇thoughts, urge them into set up good conception of medical morality and idea of ＂people-centic＂, but not ＂disease-centic＂.
