PICC专科护士核心能力评价指标的构建

摘　　要：目的建立PICC专科护士核心能力评价指标。方法采用德尔菲法对19名专家进行2轮问卷咨询,定量分析各指标的权重。结果专家咨询的权威系数为0.871,判断系数为0.900,熟悉程度为0.842,各级指标的和谐系数分别为0.526、0.418、0.369,卡方检验显示差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000),最终确立PICC专科护士核心能力评价指标包括3项一级指标,16项二级指标,42项三级指标。结论PICC专科护士核心能力各级评价指标专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,评价指标的确定为PICC专科护士的培养和认证、能力的评价提供了可量化的依据。Objective To formulate the core competence evaluation indexes for PICC specialized nurse.Methods Altogether 19 experts were consulted through two-round Delphi method.The weight of each index was determined by hierarchy analysis.Results The core competence evaluation indexes of PICC specialized nurses included 3 first class indexes,16 second class indexes and 42 third class indexes.The Cr,Ca and Cs were 0.871,0.900,0.842,respectively.Conclusion The core competence evaluation indexes are reliable and valid,which can provide quantitative standards for training,certification and evaluation of PICC specialized nurse.
