摘　　要：西方文学作品从古希腊开始就表现出强烈的孤独意识,它与生命意识、命运意识、悲剧意识等紧密相联。孤独意识产生的主要根源是个人自由意志的不可能实现。在不同的时期,这种孤独意识表现出不同的内涵,但都与自由意志的不可能实现有不可分割的关系。There is a strong sense of loneliness given out from western literature works since the ancient Greece.The consciousness of loneliness is closely connected with the consciousness of life,destiny and tragedy.The origin of this consciousness lies in that the free will of an individual can never be realized.This consciousness of loneliness exhibits different connotations in different periods,but all of which have an indivisible origin with impossible realization of free will.
