摘 要:本文分析了IS服务企业知识资本构成和服务能力的转化过程,运用系统动力学方法描述IS服务企业知识资本与服务能力之间的因果关系,构建了系统动力学模型。设定一个可转化服务能力匮乏而试图加大人力资本开发投入来提高服务能力的IS服务企业,使用Vensim PLE软件进行系统仿真和检验。结果表明,该模型能够较好的解释知识资本与服务能力之间的因果关系,不同阶段的知识资本和服务能力变化趋势符合理论预期。在此基础上,本文给出了研究结论和有助于IS服务企业知识资本开发与服务能力提升的策略。This paper analyses the components of intellectual capital and capability,demonstrates the causality between intellectual capital and service system dynamics, and then establishes transformable service capability, tries to a system dynamics model. Suppose promote its service capability through transformation process of the service capability in IS service firms based on an IS service firm, which is short of increasingly investing in human capitaldeveloping,Vensim PLE software is used for a system simulate and test. This model can explain the causality between intellectual capital components and service capability clearly. The simulation result shows that the service capability and intellectual capital changing trends in each stage are consistent with theoretical expectations. Finally, the valid tactics arepresented with the conclusions for IS service firms to develop intellectual capital and promote service capability.
