摘　　要：目的评价SGS型全身伽玛刀机械精度的精确性。方法应用焦点测量棒和固定支架、MD55胶片、扫描仪和Photoshop图像处理软件等对伽玛刀机械精度的精确性进行检测,具体方法是使用胶片法分别得到伽玛刀在X轴和Z轴方向以及X轴Y轴方向上剂量分布的圆形图像,并在胶片上做一个标记点(此标记点为伽玛刀的模拟靶点)。胶片经扫描及图像处理后在胶片圆形黑影得到一个圆心点。结果圆形图像的圆心和标记点重合。结论 SGS型全身伽玛刀机械精度验证符号要求,适用于临床治疗。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of mechanical precision in SGS whole body gamma knife.Methods The accuracy of mechanical precision was tested by using focus measurement rods and fixed bracket,MD55 film,scanners and Photoshop image processing software.And through the film method,the whole body gamma knife on the X axis and the Z axis direction,together with X axis and the Y direction dose distribution round the image were got.And then doing a marked points on film was allowed（this marked points for the simulated gamma knife）,so the scanned target images were processed in film circle to get a YuanXinDian shadows.Results the centre point of the circular image was coincided with the marked points superposition.Conclusion The mechanical precision of the SGS whole body gamma knife is very precise and suitable for clinical treatment.
