摘　　要：目的探讨提高导管室护士素质和护理技能的有效措施。方法应用科学的手段,对介入导管室护士的道德素质、心理素质及业务技术能力进行全面培训。结果通过各项培训措施的落实及护士们的积极配合,使得导管室的各项工作都能够紧张、有序、顺利的完成。结论完善的护理管理制度,良好的护士素质及过硬的技术能力是顺利完成介入治疗必不可少的重要的因素。Objective To study the effective measures in quality improvement and nursing skill of a nurse in interventional catheter room. Methods Comprehensive training was performed with scientific means in moral quality, psychological quality and technical ability of a nurse in interventional catheter room. Results It can make all sorts of work be done tensely, orderly and successfully by means of putting into practice of all kinds of training measures and active coordination. Conclusion Impeccable nursing management system, favorable quality and technical skills is essential to finish the interventional therapy.
