社区监管和药物自我处置程序化训练对首发分裂症康复的经济效益研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区监管和药物自我处置程序化训练对首发分裂症康复效果的经济效益。方法对纳入社区管理的首发分裂症患者,随机分为干预组48例和对照组50例,并进行为期18个月的追踪随访,采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)及自编调查表评定。结果两组比较,干预组的患者精神症状较稳定,后续住院费用较省,工作收入较多。结论在社区监管的基础上开展药物自我处置程序化训练能更好地改善首发分裂症患者的精神症状和社会功能,降低后续住院医疗费用,可作为首发分裂症患者有效的康复措施之一。Objective To explore the economic efficiency of community manages and self-medication management skill training on first-episode schizophrenia rehabilitation.Methods Bring patients with first-episode schizophrenia into a community management,they were randomly divided into intervention group（48 cases）and control group（50 cases）,followed up for 18 months.All patients were evaluate with brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS）,social disability screening schedule（SDSS）and self-made health economics investigation questionnaire.Results Compared to control group,patients in intervention group had more stable psychiatric symptoms and less follow-up hospitalization costs and more income from work.Conclusion Through community manages and self-medication management skill training,it was an effective way to improve patients with first-episode schizophrenia in psychiatric symptoms and social function recovery,reduce follow-up hospitalization costs.
