摘　　要：现代企业面临着一个日趋复杂和不确定的外部环境,把生态系统的概念引入企业管理,是近年来企业管理思想的新发展。本文阐释了企业生态系统的定义,分析了企业生态系统进化的本质,构造了企业生态系统的进化模型,解析了模型的结构、要素及要素关系,探讨了企业生态系统的进化机理,从一个新的视角审视了企业与其外部环境间的关系。Modern enterprises face the increasingly complicated and uncertain external environment. This paper explained the definition of enterprise eco - system, analyzed the essence of enterprise eco - system evolution, built the evolution model of enterprise eco - system, analyzed the model structure, the factors, and factor relation, discussed the evolution mechanism of enter- prise eco -system, and examined the relationship between enterprises and their external environment from the new perspec- tive.
