摘  要:研究了保鲜箱的保温层数、果冰质量比和抑菌剂对杨梅非冷链物流保鲜质量的影响。结果表明:果冰比对非冷链物流保鲜杨梅的发霉率、好果率的影响均达到极显著的水平(p≤0.01),保鲜箱的保温层数对非冷链运输保鲜杨梅的好果率的影响达到显著的水平(p<0.05)。杨梅的非冷链运输保鲜具有明显的时效性,冷藏保鲜10 d后杨梅,若要使非冷链运输保鲜期达到2 d,用双层保温保鲜箱,果冰质量比也必须小于2。抑菌剂对冷藏保鲜后杨梅的抑菌效果不明显。Effects of the cold insulation layers of preservation box, rate of Myrica rubra and ice, and fungicide on fresh keeping Myrica rubra quality of no-cold chain logistics were studied by the ortbogonal design L8(2^3). ANOVA analyse showed that: the rate of Myrica rubra and ice produced a great influence on moldy fruit rate and good fruit rate of the fresh keeping Myrica rubra(p〈0.01), and so was the cold insulation layers of preservation box on good fruit rate(p〈0.05). There was clear timeliness of Myrica rubra preservation on no-cold chain logistics. If the preservation period of Myrica rubra, which after cold storage 10 d, went to get 2 d of the no-cold chain logistics, it must use double layers of cold insulation preservation box, and the rate of Myrica rubra and ice was lower than 2. There was no preservation efficient of fungicide on the cold storaged Myrica rubra.
