摘 要:研究了六种大孔树脂对沙枣多糖的吸附及解吸性能,为沙枣多糖的进一步研究提供参考。通过静态和动态吸附解吸试验,考察CAD-40、D315、LX-1、MC241、DM-2、DM-18六种大孔树脂对沙枣多糖的吸附及解吸率,筛选出这两种指标较高的树脂。DM-2型大孔树脂对沙枣多糖的吸附和解吸性能均优于其它树脂。其动态吸附率为57.93%,动态解吸率可达到89.58%。得到结论为:DM-2型大孔树脂是六种大孔树脂中用于分离纯化沙枣多糖的最佳材料。Study was done on absorption and deabsorption effect of Elaeagnus polys accharide with six different macroporous resins to provides reference for futher research of Elaeagnus polysaccharide. Investigated absorption rate and deabsorption rate of CAD-40, D315、 LX-1, MC241, DM-2, DM-18 to screen the optimal materials with both high rates by dynamic and static absorption-deabsorption experiment. The result showed that: both absorption ability and deabsorption ability of DM-2 were higher than the others, with a dynamic absorption of 57.93% and a dynamic deabsorption of 89.58%. The conclusion was that: DM-2 was the optimal materials in the six different macroporous resins for separation and purification on Elaeagnus polysaccharide.
