摘  要:某地水资源的开发、利用、保护和管理水平可利用水贫困综合指数法进行测量。首先将WPI分解为五个维度,其中每一维又由许多次一级指标构成。依据二级指标获得原始数据后,对反方向数据做趋同处理。求得张掖市甘州区八个灌区的水资源状况、供水设施、利用能力、使用效率和水环境状况得分,再依照相等权重综合为各灌区的WPI得分。结果盈科灌区得分最高为72.60,安阳灌区的WPI得分最低为16.20,计算结果与实际状况吻合,在五维雷达图上,各灌区的"短板"因素得到直观反映,为改善灌区尺度上的WPI提供了依据。The levelof water resources development,use,protect and manage can be made a measurement by water poverty index.firstly,The WPI is decomposed in 5 dimensions, and each dimensions consist of many sub-dimensions.the opposing data is disposed convergently after obtainnong the original data according to sub-dimensoins. After coming to the scores of water resources, facilities of water supply, capacity of use, efficiency of exploit and water environmental conditionw for 8 irrigated areas in Ganzhou district Zhangye city,the WPI scores of each irrigate is obtained by synthesis of equal the weight.AS a result, the most score is Yingke irrigated area by 72.60,and the least score is Anyang irrigated area by 16.20, the resuh is basically matched with that of actual well conditions, theshortcomings'factors of the each irrigated area are directly reflected In the five-dimensional radar map, and this will be a policy basis which will improve the WPI of irrigated scale.
