帕利哌酮缓释片治疗首发精神分裂症疗效随访

摘　　要：目的:了解帕利哌酮缓释片治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和依从性。方法:对我院门诊和住院首发精神分裂症50例患者用帕利哌酮治疗3月时,有39例依从性较好,后继续治疗6月,在治疗前及治疗后4周、2月、3月、6月用阳性与阴性症状量表(PAN-SS)、不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效。结果:帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症6月随访治愈20例,显著好转15例,有效2例,无效4例。阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)治疗前后有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:帕利哌酮缓释片治疗首发精神分裂症疗效确切,依从性好,不良反应少。Objective ： To find out the healing effect and the compliance of patients when pailperidone extended - release tablets is used to treat the sehizophrertia＇s first attack. Methods： we treat 50 first- episode schizophrenia patients from the IPD and OPD of our hospital with it. After 3 months, the follow- up investigation of 39 patients is good, we continue their treatment. We use the PANSS and TESS to judge the healing effect of their treatment four times after 4weeks,2months,3monhs,6months. Result： There are 20 patients are cured after 6months, and there are 15 patients who have a significant improvement; there arc 2 patients their treatment are Effective; there are 4 patients their treatment are invalid. According to the result of PANSS, there is significant difference before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： It has good emcacy and good compliance of patients when it is used to treat the schizophrenia＇ s first attack. And the pailpefidone extended - release tablets has little adverse reactions.
