摘　　要：目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组化检测70例NSCLC和11例正常肺组织中OPN和MMP-2的表达,并分析OPN和MMP-2的表达与NSCLC临床病理特征及患者生存时间之间的关系。结果OPN和MMP-2在NSCLC中表达阳性率分别为64.29%和52.86%,在正常肺组织中表达阳性率分别为27.27%和18.18%。NSCLC中OPN和MMP-2表达显著高于正常组织(P<0.05)。OPN和MMP-2的表达率与患者的淋巴结转移、TNM分期有密切关系;OPN表达还与患者组织学类型有关(P<0.05)。OPN和MMP-2为负性预后因子;OPN和MMP-2呈正相关。结论 OPN和MMP-2在NSCLC中高表达,OPN和MMP-2阳性表达提示预后不良。Objective To explore the expression and significance of osteopontin（OPN） and metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods Immunohistoche-mistry was used to detect the expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in 70 cases with NSCLC and 11 cases of normal lung tissues.Survival analysis was performed statistically to reaveal the relationship between the expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in NSCLC and the clinicopathologic characteristics. Results The positive expression rates of OPN and MMP-2 in NSCLC were 64.29% and 52.86%,respectively,which were higher than 27.27% and 18.18% in the normal lung tissues（P0.05）.The protein expressions of OPN and MMP-2 were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages（P0.05）.OPN was also correlated with histological classification（P0.05）.OPN and MMP-2 would be the negative factors for evaluating prognosis.OPN was positively correlated to MMP-2. Conclusion OPN and MMP-2 are overexpressed in NSCLC.The positive expressions of OPN and MMP-2 in NSCLC predict a poor prognosis.
