摘　　要：产业集群科技创新是科技创新体系的重要组成部分。信息资源作为支撑科技进步与创新的重要战略资源,在科技创新体系中发挥着越来越大的作用。阐述了基于产业集群科技创新开展信息资源组织与服务的背景和必要性,分析了现有科技创新活动中信息资源组织与服务的现状,提出了产业集群科技创新的信息资源组织与知识服务对策建议。Industrial group technology innovation is an important constituent of technology innovation system. Information resource,serving as important strategic resource supporting technological advance and innovation,is playing a more and more important role. This paper discusses the background and necessity of carrying out the organization of information resource based on industrial group technology innovation and service thereof,analyses the current conditions of information resource organization and service in technology innovation activities, and puts forward related policy proposal
