摘　　要：近年来,随着经济的全球化和网络科学技术的发展,以自由、开放、平等、协作为主要特点的众包越来越受到企业特别是大型企业和跨国公司的欢迎。从众包与民主化创新、众包与外包的关系、众包兴起的原因、大众参与众包的动机、众包对发包企业的意义、促进众包发展的建议等方面,对前人的研究成果进行了综述,并提出了未来的研究方向。Recent years,with the globalization of economy and the development of science and network technology,crowdsourcing with the feature of freedom,openness,equality,collaboration are welcomed by more and more enterprises,especially large enterprises and multinational corporations. This paper gives an overview of the former achievements on the aspects of crowdsourcing and democratic innovation,the relationship between crowdsourcing and outsourcing,the reason for the development of crowdsourcing,the public motivation of participating in the crowdsourcing,the contribution of crowdsourcing to contract-issuing firm,recommendations for the development of crowdsourcing. Lastly,this essay promotes some directions for future research.
