摘　　要：遵循系统性、层次性、指标可比性等原则,将研发公共服务平台绩效考核划分为四大模块——平台运行环境、平台资源投入、科技中介服务和相关利益主体满意度。提出:选取各模块的具体子模块及一、二级指标进行组合,可构成不同层级的绩效评价体系,可实现对平台的某个子模块进行绩效评价,也可兼顾宏观、中观、微观三个层面进行研发公共服务平台的绩效评价。最后以公式形式给出了研发公共服务平台绩效评价的方法。Based on the principles of systematization,hierarchy and indicator comparability, this paper divides the assessment system of R＆D public service platformrs performance into four assessment modules,namely platform＇s operating environment,platform＇s resource investment, technology intermediary service and satisfaction stakeholders. Then it points out that the performance evaluation system with different levels are produced through combining first and second level indicators from submodules,which can be used to evaluate not only the performance of some submodule but also the performance considerating to the macro,meso and micro aspects. Finally,it gives the method of evaluating R＆D public service platform in the form of formula.
