供应链联盟知识转移管理能力与知识转移效果之间的关系

摘　　要：分析了供应链联盟企业的知识转移管理能力(包括协调能力、沟通能力、联系能力)对知识转移效果(有用性、速度和经济性)的影响机理。研究结果显示:协调能力能够有效提高供应链联盟的知识转移速度、降低知识转移成本;沟通能力能够提高知识转移的有用性、降低知识转移成本、提高知识转移速度;联系能力以信任为中介,能够有效提高知识转移的有用性、速度和经济性。This paper analyzes the influencing mechanisms of knowledge transfer management capabilities of enterprises in supply chain alliance on knowledge transfer effects. The result shows as follows：if a firm wants to improve knowledge transfer effects,it should improve coordination competence, communication competence and bond competence to enhance the usefulness, speed and economy of knowledge transfer;coordination competence can increase the speed and decrease the cost of knowledge transfer;communication competence can enhance the usefulness and speed and decrease the cost of knowledge transfer;bond competence uses the trust as a mediator,and it can enhance the usefulness and speed and decrease the cost of knowledge transfer.
