摘　　要：批评与自我批评是我们党和其他政党互相区别的显著标志之一,是党的执政能力建设的锐利武器,是执政党永葆先进性的有效方法,是夯实执政基础的重大举措,也是加强党内民主建设的不竭动力。因而,大兴批评与自我批评之风对加强党的执政能力建设具有非常重要的时代意义。Criticism and self-criticism are the CPC＇s obvious marks distinctive from other parties which are the sharp weapon of constructing CPC＇s ruling capability,the effective way of keeping its advancement feature,the important measure of tamping ruling basis and inexhaustible impetus of strengthening inner-party democracy construction.Thus,it is of important contemporary significance for the enhancement of the party＇s ruling capability construction to energetically encourage criticism and self-criticism.
