p27在鼻咽鳞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究p27在鼻咽鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化sp法检测p27在60例不同分化级别的鼻咽鳞癌组织及20例炎症组织中的表达。结果 p27在炎症组织中阳性率为100%,在肿瘤组织中阳性率为68.3%,其表达与鼻咽鳞癌临床分期及细胞分化相关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移不相关(P>0.05)。结论 p27的检测可作为预测肿瘤预后及反应肿瘤恶性程度的独立参考指标。Objective To investigate the expressions and significances of p27 in Nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods 60 cases of biopsy specimens of NPC and 20 cases inflammation tissues which had been embedded with paraffin from 1999 to 2010 in our hospital were collected and immunostained with p27 monoclonal antidies by means of the streptavidin peroxides method.Results ①The high-expression rates of p27 in NPCS and inflammation tissues had significance of statistics（P0.05）.②The expression of p27 in NPCS is correlated with the histological grade and clinical stage（P 0.05）.Conclusion The analysis of p27 expression is not only as an independent factor of prognosis respectively,but also as a means of determining the optimum treatment for each individual patient with NPC.
